Rockford College presents “The Hot Mikado” Oct. 2-5 in the college’s Maddox Theatre with performances set at 8 p.m. Thursday-Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. 

Rockford Dance Company is presenting the Young Choreographers’ Concert, Sunday, September 28, at 4:00 pm at the Old New American Theater.  Tickets are $10.00 for adults and $6.00 for students. 

Acclaimed for her technique and versatility, GRAMMY Award winner Sharon Isbin has been hailed as “the pre-eminent guitarist of our time.” Her classical guitar will blend with the rain forest percussion of the Amazonian-born Thiago de Mello, who will play his own special collection of South American percussion instruments.
