The Rockford College Performing Arts department kicks off its 2007-2008 season with Sweet and Hot: The Songs of Harold Arlen in Cheek Theatre in the Clark Arts Center on the Rockford College campus, Thursday, Oct. 4 through Sunday, Oct. 7.

This razzmatazz, high energy revue celebrates the songs of one of America’s greatest composers. Songs such as “Stormy Weather,” “Get Happy,” “It’s Only a Paper Moon,” “Come Rain or Come Shine,” “That Old Black Magic” and “Over the Rainbow” will transport you back to another time!
