Jim Brickman brings his Christmas Romance 2006 Tour to the Coronado Theater Thursday December 7th. For the past ten years, Brickman has performed holiday concerts to delighted crowds across the country. This year he will be showcasing songs from his new CDs Escape and Christmas Romance.
Brickman, with his romance style solo piano pieces and chart topping pop compositions, has been a leading influence on today's Adult Contemporary music scene. He began his career in college writing jingles, first locally and then nationally. In 1994, he took his talent in a different direction; composing romantic style pop music. Since then, his career has brought him six Gold and Platinum selling albums, three number one and twelve Top 10 Adult Contemporary radio hits, and many other accolades.
His latest CD release of original music, Escape, is his first release of original material in three years. Escape is a wonderful compilation of music styles with the beautiful arrangements and melodies that have become a Brickman trademark. Check out the Beetcafe review here.
Christmas Romance is the latest CD release that features a number of Christmas classic songs done in the hallmark Brickman style. The arrangements with Brickman's superb playing are a must addition to your holiday listening collection.
