Visual Thievery Art Gallery

GuerillArt (partners of The Hip Hop Congress of Rockford,IL) is hosting Visual Thievery Art Gallery And $20 Squeaker Tattoos, which is an art exhibit of Hispanic artist on Friday, August, 13th, 2010 12pm–12am at Delicious Ink Tattoo Shop/Lock and Key Gallery (2310 Charles St., Rockford, IL).
A group of artist will showcase their artwork in various types of mediums to present to the public in various different themes and perspectives. The art exhibit will consist of artist from the Chicago, Madison, and Rockford area whom are respected artist in their disciplines. The exhibiting artist includes Kayo, Tim Atwell, Isaac Velasco, Balta Ramirez, Eddie Fajardo, Laurence Barr, Arturo Frescas, Brandon Hanson, Jesus Correra, La Katrina Works, Brian Hierstein, Christian Benitez, Joe Goral, Annie Rudolph, Cynthia Nelson, Shawn Peterson, Jason Ommodt, Cyn Diggy, and more. There will be music provided by live DJs to enhance the experience for all in attendance.
Since the goal of this event is for the artists to share their work with the public, the art exhibit is free! Please support these artists as they share their culture and artwork.
