Extended Due to Populat Demand - I love You, You're Perfect, Now Change

by Press Release

The response to the first three weekends of I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change has been overwhelming.  Due to popular demand, Main Street Players and the Clock Tower Resort Theatre are extending the run one more weekend: March 5 - 7.

The production has played to packed houses since it opened on February 12.  In addition, Clock Tower Resort will be extending their offerings for dinner packages as well as for overnight accommodations.

With a cast of two men and two women portraying more than 50 different characters, this love-happy musical revue details all of the fun and foibles of dating, mating and romance as we now know it, starting from creation and moving to modern times.  The cast of I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change includes Amber Litteken, Jennifer Thompson, Sean Gifford and Ronn Gordon.

The lessons of love read like a litany of relationship milestones. From primping for the first date and then struggling to converse to waiting for that post-evening phone call or taking the decisive walk down the aisle, I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change covers all of the secretly held views we have about dating but are afraid to admit. Act Two flashes forward to the agonies and triumphs of in-laws and newborns, trips in the family car and the pick-up techniques of the geriatric set.

Ticket prices for I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change are $14 for adults, $12 for seniors and $5 for students with a valid student ID or schedule. Shows are at 8:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, and at 2:00 pm on Sunday afternoons.  For additional information and ticket reservations, go to mainstreetplayersofboonecounty.com or call 800-741-2963.
