Join the Rockford Symphony Orchestra and Music Director Steven Larsen for a night of classic tunes from everyone’s favorite cartoons on Saturday, August 8 at 8 p.m.  The RSO will be performing at the beautiful Bengt Sjostrom (Starlight) Theatre at Rock Valley College.

Concert goers will enjoy a night under the stars listening to the classical music they never knew they knew!   The RSO will perform the Rossini’s overtures to "The Barber of Seville" and “William Tell”, Wagner’s “Ride of the Valkyries”, plus the theme to The Simpsons!  This concert is sure to bring out the kid in all of us!
