The Mendelssohn Performing Arts Center is pleased to present the season’s second Young Musicians Series open recital, Between Baroque and Romantic, on Saturday, January 24th, 2009  at 1:30 pm.  The recital will take place at the Mendelssohn Performing Arts Center, 415 N. Church St., in Rockford.  Admission is free to the public.

This recital will include forms of music from the classical period for instruments and voice.  Students will perform vocal and instrumental pieces individually and in groups.
