Fourteen years ago, Jeff and Charemon Anderson turned their love of crafts into a small business showcasing their wares at local craft shows.  There were times when they would display at twenty six shows a year.  They have now settled down to a manageable six shows a year and have just opened their own shop.

Dried Expressions specializes in a variety of custom made rustic style products for the home.  They feature barn wood furniture, garden sheds, birdhouses/feeders, and many more unique items.  In addition to the barn wood products, Dried Expressions create floral arrangements and variety of primitive items that make perfect gifts for that person that has everything.

Dried Expressions is having their first open house November 17th and 18th.  You can stop by and browse their unique items and get a jump start on your Christmas shopping.  The shop will be open on Friday the 17th from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm and on Saturday the 18th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.  The shop is located at the Anderson's home at 15399 Willoughby N Drive which is located just east of the I90/I75 interchange in South Beloit.  From I75, go south on Manchester Road (a BP Gas Station is on the corner), take a left on Middle Road, take a right on Willoughby N Drive.  Dried Expressions in located at the second house on the left.

Dried Expressions is normally open by appointment only.  If you can't make it to the open house, you can contact the Anderson's at 815.389.2349 to make an appointment to stop by the shop.
